First let me start off by saying every single employee of hyundai spoke to me, offered my water coffee. Mr. Burkart is an exceptional agent he told me other things that my vehicle would need in the future without me feeling like I needed the service done right away. I felt like with Mr. Burkart there was no pressure at all, but at the same time making me aware of future repairs. A lot of people feel bad vibes when it comes to dealerships, but hyundai is an a exception to the rule. They make you feel comfortable and i like that. Mr. Burkart by far is one of the best in the business, thanks a lot. More

Didn't work hard enough for the deal My husband and I went to Crown Hyundai on Sunday the 24th, and I met with Dannie Tran. Danny was very nice and showed us a number of vehicles, and w My husband and I went to Crown Hyundai on Sunday the 24th, and I met with Dannie Tran. Danny was very nice and showed us a number of vehicles, and we test drove them as well. Unfortunately, when we discussed financing, Danny had to speak with another gentleman in the office. This gentleman (I didn't catch his name) came back to us with a payment of $800.00, even after requiring a down payment. I explained to this gentleman that I would not pay $800.00 a month for any car, and that we didn't need a new car, rather we were looking around for something that may help us with our gas bill of $400.00 a month (for our expedition). Our expedition was in good shape; therefore, we were not in a hurry to purchase a vehicle and had no problem waiting on a purchase. At that time, we parted ways. I received a call from another dealer first thing Monday morning and explained that we were not in a hurry to purchase a vehicle, but if we found one, then that would be great. I told the sales person what I was looking for, 2014 Hyundai Sonata in either white, silver, or blue, it had to be a hybrid because that would be the only reason I would be buying a new car, and I needed the large navigation because of my visual impairment. The only other thing I requested was to have leather seats because of my 3 dogs and the dog hair I have to clean. The sales person called me back in 1 hour. She had a blue, Hybrid, Hyundai Sonata Limited with the technology package waiting for me. With no money down, a rate of 4.99, and a payment of $520.00 a month. Needless to say, both my husband and I took the rest of the day off of work, and 2 hours later we had a new car. It was evident at this dealership, that we were sub-par candidates for the car we wanted as the second gentleman told us that it is "too much car" and that "we could do without some of the luxuries that we wanted in the car". I explained to him that I am not going to settle for something I did not want. Not to mention that both those statements that he made to us were insulting. I do want you to know, that we paid full price for the car, and we were happy to do so. Sometimes price is not a priority when making a deal. The way you treat your customers is much more important. It is sad that we had a bad experience at Crown Hyundai, sad for both of us, as we lost the convenience of dealing with a dealership right up the road from our home, and this dealership lost a sale. I was not ready to buy a car but had no choice when mine had problems and was more expensi I would highly recommend Mario Pozzi as your next salesman. I was not ready to buy a car but had no choice when mine had problems and was more expensive to fix than the car was worth. Was not sure what I was looking for. Mario was patient and extremely friendly. He took my wife and I on about a million test drives and offered to take us to other crown dealerships to help us find the perfect car to fit our budget and needs. We did manage to find the car that best matched our needs at a very reasonable price. More

Need a car? Go to Crown Hyundai. See Carlos Lima. Went to buy a couple of bottles of wine, and wound up buying a car. We have been looking, so we thought we would stop in to see the SantaFe's. Met Car Went to buy a couple of bottles of wine, and wound up buying a car. We have been looking, so we thought we would stop in to see the SantaFe's. Met Carlos, and he was very professional and made us feel right at home. After serveral minutes, (more like a couple of hours), we were introduced to Phil, the sales manager. A deal was stuck, and we left with a 2012 Hyundai SantaFe with 9800 miles on it. Our two cars were traded, and they gave use a very good trade in allowance for the both of them. Phil was wonderful, Jessica, thhe paper person, lovely lady, and Carlos were outstanding. Can't say enough. Would definitely do business with them again. Look no further. Crown Hyundai is the place.
