Clifford Stouffer has taken care of my service needs for the past few years and I am entirely satisfied. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and dependable. My car is serviced and / or repaired properly and in a timely fashion. I recall that back in 2009, my first few service experiences at Crown were not satisfactory, so much so that I had my Genesis serviced in Bradenton three times and in Clearwater once before Cliff began to help me in St. Pete. While I would probably have bought another Genesis, I doubt that I would have bought it at Crown were it not for Cliff's service. More

My sales consultant Richard Stow was exceptional in knowledge and he never once pressured me to buy. I felt like by the time i was done with my purchase which was days later. Because i could not make up my mind. He showed extraordinary patience that you do not normally see these days and it was like getting help from a good friend. And also my Hyundai Sante Fe Sport is incredible. I can wait wait to drive this vehicle because it is so fun to drive and it handles better than most cars. Thank you Crown. Well treated by Tony Cheung Tony responded quickly to a Truecar.com request. He urged us to return to Crown though we knew they didn't have the specific car we wanted on the lot. He did his best to find just the right deal for us while we were eligible for Holiday Discounts but when it couldn't be accomplished, we left with his promise to contact us as soon as the car came in. Inconsiderate dealership I went to check out a used car on the 23rd. of Dec. Tony cheung showed it to me. Every time I went to look at something, he would attempt to hide a flaw from me or distract me by spitting out unneeded info or showing me something else. After test driving and expressing interest in the car, but not having time to stay and do all of the paper work. He threatened me by saying that someone else had already come and was interested and that another was coming to look at it. So I told him that I would be back after Christmas on the 26th to wrap things up, but that I would be working until lunch. So I left, only to be harassed by both him and the dealership. I got 2 calls and voicemails from him on Christmas Eve and 3 from the dealer. Then on Christmas I got 3 more calls from the dealer. Then on Friday Tony calls me during work 3 times and I got another call from the dealer, when I clearly told him that I would be working until 2:00. I was almost reprimanded because of the calls. Because of all the harassment, I decided not to purchase the vehicle. The people at this dealership are inconsiderate of ones time and life. This is not the kind of customer service that I can appreciate. It is for that reason that I choose to stay with American dealerships. Do not come to this dealership, unless you want to be rushed into a car that you may not even truly want. More

When I finally connected with Tony his friendliness, knowledge and honesty was a breath of fresh air. I did not purchase a Hyundai at this dealership but due to Toney we almost made a deal. I purchased a 2014 Santa Fe AWD that day from another dealer. More
