We made an appointment with Alvin Williams and were impressed from the start. Alvin made us comfortable by asking great questions and re capping our needs. We were interested in an Elantra as there was one sitting in our driveway owned by our Son that had been a flawless car. After my wife test drove a new Elantra she was not as impressed as I'd hoped. To her it was "Just a car". Alvin suggested we look at used inventory in our price range and guided us to a Sonata. My wife drove that car and liked it...but after a brief discussion we selected a Sonata of the same year with a few more features and different power. She was impressed upon the test drive. In fact she as happy! The car was within our price range and after a time well spent with the finance team the detailers readied the car and off we went! We came back the next day for "Diamond " coating inside and out and the stuff is well worth it, after rain and dirt roads in a week of driving the car is spotless! Alvin Williams was with us every step of the way, no question was unanswered or inconsequential. A huge shout out to Alvin Williams and the entire Crown team. This was the third car my family had purchased from Crown dealerships and in my opinion the best experience we have had! Thanks Alvin! More

I met a gentleman named Robert Hogan that was the most professional car salesman that I have ever met. We went on a test drive and he completed a very thorough demo of the 2014 Hyundai Veloster. I found out things about this vehicle I had no idea about and I did my own homework on this vehicle. Immediately I felt a sense that he was looking out for me and assisting me in my car buying experience. I left the dealership and shopped around, but did not feel as welcomed as I felt with Robert Hogan so I came back and purchased the 2014 Hyundai Veloster. Sometimes people go to dealerships and salesman hear from the customer, "I will be back". When I said that to Robert I truly meant it. The service team meets you in a quick and friendly manner and I love that I always receive coupons by email before I schedule my appointment. Finally, Hyundai really has a great approach to customer service. Not only are they great when they sell you the car, they really keep you confident in that decision by the great service provided every time you bring it in. My Experience I called to create an appointment to have my Hyundai looked at. My brake lights would not turn off killing my battery. I called and spoke to Chris whom I believe is the GM for this dealer. Chris was very kind in allowing me to speak and explain the issues with the car. Chris kindly explained that no appointments were available that I could certainly bring my car by after work and he would do his best to provide a solution. I did arrive around 3:45pm and as promised Chris started the paperwork and introduced me to Tomm Bukart. Tomm was kind in sharing the found problem with my car and kindly elaborated on what the steps would be in resolving the found problem. Tomm also had my car cleaned on my behalf and in my humble opinion one does not see that sort of quality service very often. It meant so much that the entire staff, to include the mechanic who found the problem, made my wait feel short and sweet. Thank you to Chris, Tomm and the skilled mechanic who took the time to complete thoroughly allowing me to stay safe on my daily drive to work.
