Went to Crown Hyundai on a Tuesday morning @ 8:00 AM without making an appointment and spoke with Tomm Burkart. He was very friendly and knowledgeable regarding my 2013 Elantra. I had recently noticed a noise on the front left side and left my car and decided to take it to the dealership. Tom mentioned they had been very busy all month, so I was prepared to pick my car up sometime the next day. To my surprise, Tom called me less than 2 hours later to advise my car was ready for pickup. Seems the problem was a loose axle nut. Not only was my car ready in less than 2 hours, but they washed and vacuumed it as well. I highly recommend Crown Hyundai and in particular, Tomm Burkart. More
I brought my wife and two little girls to the dealership after the sun had gone down; Brian and I had spoken ahead of time, and he was waiting outside for us as we pulled up. My wife and I were immediately pleased by Brian's pleasant demeanor and professionalism, and I was particularly impressed by how conservative and to-the-point Brian's questions and comments were as we discussed our situation. Many used car salesmen will do their best to talk you into cars and options you'd never consider; Brian simply accepted our explanation of our budget and the specific cars we were interested in, politely recommended a car that also fit our criteria, and remained happy and professional throughout the entire experience. It's always a little tough having to divide attention between a salesperson and your children, but Brian did not mind at all. The car we were most interested in was still in the shop and not ready to test drive, so Brian kept us posted over the next couple of days and even took and sent me pictures of the vehicle when I asked for them. When the car was ready and I was able to visit the dealership, Brian wasn't able to meet me, so he arranged for Robert Hogan to show me the car. Robert was also friendly and easy to work with, although he did forget to give me a bottle of water after I accepted his offer, and his knowledge of the car I was looking at (Chevy Uplander) was quite limited (he admitted this before we drove it, and, given the fact that the make was not Hyundai and the model was discontinued in 2005, I can't really blame him). Neither Brian nor Robert was ever pushy or inconsiderate, and they were both responsive to our questions and concerns. Patience is key, as well; they took the time to help us and never rushed us toward a decision we weren't ready to make. Even though we have yet to decide on a vehicle, I'm fully comfortable recommending this dealership, and I look forward to working with Brian and Robert in the future. More

Once again, I was met with a big smile, Cliff said it would not be too long, and help myself to a coffee, etc. Both times my vehicle was washed, and looked great. Both times, service was right on time and everyone was very professional. All staff , clerks , mechanics, service persons, car jockeys, etc. treated me with the utmost courtesy. Cliff was fabulous as was everyone I met at Crown Hyundai. They made me feel like a rich movie star driving a Rolls Royce. The service department at Crown Hyundai goes above and beyond. I had to take my daughters Sonata in for service and to get the steering column replaced. Me not being the client of interlock I could not get a bypass code for the service department and therefore had to wait with the vehicle so I get restart the car when they needed it. I know this had to be very aggravating for Cliff Stouffer, Chris Sanborn and the technician that was working on the car. (I know it wasn't fun for me) But they handled everything very professionally and never made me feel like I was inconveniencing them in the least. Cliff and Chris were great! We have owned 9 Hyundai vehicles in the last 15 years and will continue to come back to Crown for any future purchase and service. Keep up the excellent work Cliff and Chris! More
Was a good experience. I had my three children with me and everyone in the company was great with them. Even with my kids interrupting, Robert Hogan had the patience to wait and not be bothered with the i and everyone in the company was great with them. He was a very experienced salesman and was very knowledgable. I didn't feel like he was trying to sell a product by over expanding and sugar coating the car. He knew his cars. I was very pleased with the employees. John, the person in the front desk was great also. He sat with us and did his best to accommodate our needs. Overall it was not a boring and run of the mill experience. I would recommend Crown Hyundai to others. More
Working with Amy was AWESOME. I had some specific concerns about special controls for a disability and also wheelchair storage issues. We started out wanting a Sante Fe but it had some concerns as far as wheelchair storage. Amy was very knowledgeable about the different vehicles and processes and if she didn't know, she would find out the answer. Amy let us go at our own pace. Tim Jamil was also a help. As this time we decided to put off the search, but we are armed with a lot more information, thanks to Amy and when we resume, we will be going to Amy to resume the search. I can't recommend the back office business side, because we did not deal with that. Thank you Amy for blessing us. More

I walked in to have a noise checked and upon talking Tomm went out with me to take a drive to listen. After observing the sound we went back to the Service area and he looked under the spare tire area and f went out with me to take a drive to listen. After observing the sound we went back to the Service area and he looked under the spare tire area and found the problem. He tightend the crooked tire and the noise is gone.
