I'm new to Crown Hyundai, having bought a new Sonata in late January. I've dealt with Cliff Stoufer by phone and he took care of my warranty work in person. Although there are 3 Hyundai dealerships closer to my home, I will feel very comfortable dealing with Cliff on the next and on future service visits. More

Charles Johnson makes the buying experience a real pleasure. He's informative and was willing to do whatever it took to get the answers we need so that we were able to make the best car buying decisi pleasure. It was his first time dealing with car dealers and salesmen. I warned him that it's not always an easy process and it can get frustrating. When we finished our purchase from Charles my son said - "where's the drama? That wasn't so bad?" I had to laugh and said to him "trust me, it's not always like this. Charles is something special. He was a joy to work with." Charles explained not only the process but helped explain to our son the pros and cons of each car. He also explained what upgrades are good for resale and those that are more for his "enjoyment". He was willing to take us to the Honda dealer to test drive several cars and didn't pressure my son to make a decision. We couldn't have asked for a better experience for our son. After the purchase Charles went over the car showing our son all the features and helped him set up his Bluetooth. He went over the materials and the maintenance schedule with our son. He even set up an appointment for his first oil change. Charles covered all the bases. We couldn't have asked for more. Charles has restored my faith. He's a car salesman that takes his job seriously and provides a true service to his customers. He was friendly, professional, and worked to understand our needs. I think this may be the one an only time I've bought a car and truly enjoyed the full experience. More
