After extensive online searching for a RED HATCHBACK, and reading good reviews about Robert Hamm/Crown Hyundai, I took a 2012 Elantra Touring Hatchback for a test drive with Robert Hamm. I was looking on the internet for a car and filled out a True Car request through my worksite. No sooner than hit enter and Robert was calling me. Contacted JB first thru internet sales then some phone conversations.....always professional, knowledgeable, kind and patient. The corporation of CROWN dealerships has truly found a treasure....almost unheard of in the car sales world!!!! I also want to thank the sales manager, Tim Jamil for making the impossible....POSSIBLE...always handling the situation in a kind, professional manner. From the operator who transferred my many calls during their transition to a new phone system to Danny in finance and Jodie in the business office, i encountered no one who was not pleasant and did not take the time to answer my many questions. Cliff in service as been my service advisor for the better part of eight years and has never let me down. the courtesy driver, Rick has always picked me up and brought me back on time and has quite an efficient system going with those sticky notes he uses to keep track of us all! Soooo.....shop around but end up at CROWN...Hyundai,that is!!!!! JB is the best....i am sure he will gladly tell you the story of how i first purchased a certified preowned base orange veloster and then turned around and traded for a leased silver base model with "style package" all within a week and a half!!!!!!! They were able to locate the red Sonata at another dealership and brought the car to Crown Hyundai. Not only did they locate the car with the options I was looking for, but they actually found a car that had extra options and offered it to me for the same price.
