My car was returned to me after a week waiting for a lithium battery change. No one explained to me what or wasn't done but I read on my paperwork the battery in my 2022 Hyundai Tucson Blue had "expande lithium battery change. I googled that and found out that could mean the battery could have catch fire or explode!!! I have made multiple calls to the service department to find out more and no one ever answers the phone. I am afraid to drive this car! More

GARY THE SERVICE MGR. told me the battery was not covered by warranty but the Crown sales mgr. (and my Crown Hyundai factory certified warranty) said it was. When I dropped the car off, a random woman (not a service rep.) was enlisted to take my keys and call me an Uber. She mentioned they have only ONE EV mechanic so it would take "days" to replace my battery! When I called at 1 pm the day after dropping my car off, they had no record of my car in the computer system, didn't know where it was or who had the key. The person who is supposed to be the SERVICE MANAGER, GARY, called me back to say they would take care of my car "as soon as they could." This is an example of why I didn't want to take my car to the dealership in the first place. It took a WEEK to get the battery changed and tires rotated. Car returned dirty. No one reviewed charges or what was done to car. Calls for more info were unreturned. Worst "service" experience ever. I will be trading my car so I never have to deal with these people again. More

Anthony Nieves was right there to help, even after the sale. The service department was unable to patch the leak in my tire because of the position of the puncture being too close to the sidewall. It takes forever (more than 2 months) to get an appointment except for an oil change. They have had my car for over 5 days and still haven't diagnosed it. I left multiple voicemails. The staff is very nice but the service needs lots of improvement. I will be looking for an alternative service area. My next car will not be a Hyundai, regardless of price. More

I took my vehicle in over a month ago to get my tires rotated, oil changed, car detailed, and radio and phone charging pad diagnosed. My tires were not rotated, my oil was not changed, my car was not det rotated, oil changed, car detailed, and radio and phone charging pad diagnosed. The parts were not ordered and here I am, still waiting on a call from Ryan to schedule the service appt to make sure my car gets taken care of properly when I bring it in. I have reached out to Hyundai Corp, and they are not helpful but oddly, are able to get in touch with Ryan EVERYTIME they call. Funny because every time I call, I can't get in touch with him, John, or the GM. I just get the run around or voicemails with no return phone calls. More
