I want to Thank Tom Burkart for assisting me with my oil change. My appointment was at 11am..but I was 30 minutes early...I was told to wait in the lounge and that they will come and get me when my car change. I had a free car wash and must say I was pleased with the service from the time I got there to the time I left. This is the 2nd time Tomm has assisted me...the first time had something to do with an accelerator device..which he took care in a timely manner..Tomm is the real deal..he exudes Customer Service, allowing his customers to feel comfortable and content with the whole waiting process. I have been getting my SUV serviced here for 8 years. I really wasnt sure what the dealership would be like when I first started taking my car there, however, my service manager Jarrett Ziemak is the most really wasnt sure what the dealership would be like when I first started taking my car there, however, my service manager Jarrett Ziemak is the most trustworthy person I have ever dealt with in this industry. Im sure everyone there is just as competent, but I make sure I schedule my appts. when he is working because I trust him. Grateful that I have someone I can rely on for the best service advice. More

Jarett Ziemak is the best service advisor. I was out of town and visited this dealership because I was already over my mileage. They were able to squeeze me in and not make me wait two weeks like other dea town and visited this dealership because I was already over my mileage. They were able to squeeze me in and not make me wait two weeks like other dealerships. I had purchased a service plan through a Hyundai dealership in Fort Lauderdale but Jarett was unable to see it in the system so he called the company and they provided him the info he needed however they told him I didn't have the service plan. I only had three dollars in my account and a toddler running around while we were trying to work this out. Needless to say he took care of the cost of my service and I couldn't have been more grateful. It's people like this that really care and go above and beyond in customer service. Thank you so much!! I highly recommend. More

August is now my go to guy at Hyundai service! I had 4 tires replaced and when I pointed out a defect with my wheels/rims, guess what! he got them replaced under warranty! He went above and beyond duty and is worth his weight in gold for Hyundai! Great communicator and returns phone calls.
