I brought my 2016 Tucson into the service area at 5:00 because the window suddenly stopped working and would not close. I live in an apartment complex and park in a lot. this meant that I could not secur because the window suddenly stopped working and would not close. I live in an apartment complex and park in a lot. this meant that I could not secure my car and we have had trouble with car break ins lately. My service associate, Ryan Murray explained that it was to late too fix the car now. He was able to provide me with a loaner and said he could have the window fixed the next day. He arranged to have my car parked inside in case it rained that evening. While my car was there they also performed the 30,000 mile maintenance that my car was due for, but I had put off due to Covid. My car was done by early the next afternoon. Thank you so much to Ryan Murray and Crown for taking care of this for me. More

I had to bring in my car for some work that was covered under warranty and August was the guy I was dealing with. Everything went very well and was very pleased with it all. Was having an issue where my radio wasn't working properly and kept restarting over and over. At first, I thought it was a Bluelink issue but took it into the service department and Ryan Murray immed properly and kept restarting over and over. At first, I thought it was a Bluelink issue but took it into the service department and Ryan Murray immediately knew that the radio was bad and needed to be replaced. We scheduled a time for me to drop of my vehicle and they ordered the part and was able to get it replaced in no time at all. Ryan was great with the follow-through, even while he was on vacation for a couple of days too. Great staff and service! More

Service I came for an oil change to work with Olivier Celestin and I came in a week earlier. Olivier was very understanding.
