I was sure my sensor on tires was broke he explained to me about tire pressure. I'm sure he had better things to do but he was very polite and made me very comfortable about asking questions. Very patient and answered all my questions. It was a great experience for me at Crown service yesterday! Good job! More

Exceptional service and care. Ryan Murray was my service rep the other day when I went in for routine maintenance. Took my 2020 Sonata Limited in for a couple of recalls. It took about a week to get in. But, I could not have been more pleased with the service. My service advisor, August, was very friendly and profes It took about a week to get in. But, I could not have been more pleased with the service. My service advisor, August, was very friendly and professional. He gave me an approximate wait time, offered to wash my car and even summoned a complimentary Lyft to take me home and then pick me up to take me back to the dealership when my car was done (which was done quicker than what was quoted). Would definitely recommend Crown Hyundai Service as well as August. More
