Have been driving to Courtesy Tampa after experiencing one star service at Crown (way before the new building and current management). I talked to August about a problem I had with my brake lights staying on. He knew exactly what the problem was and told me if I could get there he would fix it quickly. He fixed it it ten minutes. August said let's go look at it. Long story short, he heard the noise, knew the problem, fixed it in 10 minutes, good to go. An oak nut had gotten into the fan! My second visit to Crown for minor stuff. Both times fixed in minutes. Great service, excellent dealer group, too. More
