Dear wysongconnie, We appreciate your review and apologize that you weren’t happy with our COVID-19 precautions. We can assure you that we are sanitizing all vehicles and adhering to COVID 19 procedures prior to returning vehicles to our customers. This is usually done in the shop, which is why you may not have seen it. Additionally, we have ordered, and should have Plexiglas shields in place, for all of our customer facing employees shortly. Unfortunately, because of the high demand for these, it has taken longer that we would have preferred to receive them, but they should be in place soon. We have moved all of the chairs in the service waiting area so that they are 6ft apart. If there are not chairs available we ask our customers to wait outside in the sheltered area and offer complimentary shuttle service to and from their home or another destination of their choice. Regarding masks, our employees properly place them over their face whenever a customer is within 6 feet. When working alone, and there is no one around them, they sometimes lower the mask so they can breathe normally, since as I’m sure you know, with a mask on for extended periods the level of carbon dioxide one breaths is increased and can cause lightheadedness. Once someone is approaching them, they immediately put the mask back in place. We are truly doing our best. Should you need to have your vehicle serviced again, we are offering free valet service, where we can collect your vehicle from you, perform any necessary work, and return it to you sanitized at your home or work.
