From the minute we walked through the door until we walked out the door we were very pleased with the service. After we purchased the car we realized we did not fully understand the extent of the extra service insurance we purchased. We went back we spoke and with this gentleman. He eased our minds that moment after we told him our problem. Ryan stated he would take care of us today or anytime we came back. He was true to his word. He told me about how long it would take and guided me to the waiting room which was very comfortable with many aminities, coffee, drinks, television, comfortable chairs, and filled with other pleasant customers. My car was serviced then washed, complimentary within the timeframe I was given. I will use Crown Hyundai over and over! More
