Owner of Equus and G90 Although I have the resources to buy an A8 or an S550, I will stay with Crown Hyundai simply because I admire Thom Burkhart and Chris Sanborn. The att Although I have the resources to buy an A8 or an S550, I will stay with Crown Hyundai simply because I admire Thom Burkhart and Chris Sanborn. The attention and service I have seen with them has been unparalleled in my 40-odd years of owning cars. Chris and Thom have treated me as if I were their only customer; exceeding expectations and cheerfully helping, even with problems that were my fault. In my most recent service this week, Thom had me in and out in an hour, even sorting a persistent issue with the Genesis’ somewhat impenetrable tech system.
