Vehicle Service I was at the Crown Hyundai service department for the second time in the last few weeks. Olivier Celestin was my service agent both times. Both time I was at the Crown Hyundai service department for the second time in the last few weeks. Olivier Celestin was my service agent both times. Both times I was very pleased with the service and how it was handled. The first time was for a software upgrade on my 2015 Sonata. I'm not sure what was upgraded but it was at no cost to me and painless on my part. So it is nice to be current with the latest software. The second time was for my first free oil change on my 2018 Sonata. Again it was at no cost to me and painless on my part - a nice touch on Crown's part for purchasing a car from them. I'm pleased with Hyundai, Crown and Olivier Celestin. More

I took my 2018 Santa Fe Sport in for its first 6 month oil change where I met service advisor August Lascola, he verified my appointment and had my pa I took my 2018 Santa Fe Sport in for its first 6 month oil change where I met service advisor August Lascola, he verified my appointment and had my paperwork ready for me to sign. He was very professional, easy going, and made me feel confident that my first service taken care of without any issues. The waiting area was comfortable, quiet, and even provided free wifi, snacks, and my favorite brand of coffee. Also met a few nice fellow Hyundai owners during my short visit. Great Experience I was in Florida from out of town and had an issue with my gas cap and cover. I had limited time to get it checked out and repaired. I spoke to Brian Casey with Crown Hyundai, and he advised to come on in and they would look at it and repair/replace if needed. I wasn’t able to get there on the day I called, but showed up the next day. Brian remembered talking with me, worked me in and they repaired the issue. Brian and staff were all courteous and professional. I appreciate the quality service. More
