Tire had a nail and tire was repaired as good as new! I had gotten a nail in my tire and so I brought my car in to Crown Hyunda's Tomm Burkart to have it repaired. As always, Tomm greeted me with his usu I had gotten a nail in my tire and so I brought my car in to Crown Hyunda's Tomm Burkart to have it repaired. As always, Tomm greeted me with his usual friendly smile and before I knew it, my tire was repaired and back on my car in a timely manner, thank you Tomm for the great service I received and for also for the car wash. You are an amazing service advisor, sure happy you work at Crown Hyundai I can always count on you to have my car taken care of and in a timely manner. More

I Have a Genesis and was warned that service at Hyundai dealership woul Tomm Burkhardt was my service adviser. He was knowledgeable and courteous. I Have a Genesis and was warned that service at Hyundai dealership would not be the same as luxury dealerships I have used in the past. I disagree the service is very similar and the price is much more reasonable. Have been getting my Genesis serviced here for 3 yrs and have not had a bad experience yet. Tomm is very attentive and look forward to working with him in the future. More

Great customer service Tomm has helped me with my 2013 Tucson a couple times now. We just moved to Florida so bought car up in Kentucky. We are reeeally glad to have Crown Tomm has helped me with my 2013 Tucson a couple times now. We just moved to Florida so bought car up in Kentucky. We are reeeally glad to have Crown Hyundai close at hand, standing by to help us. Turns out that this visit to look at my A/C did not result in any issues and SO there was even no charge! And they washed my car free. YAY! More
