Andrew Turner is an awesome salesman! Andrew answered all of our questions, no matter how small, and he also went out of his way to review small features about the Kia Rio that he thought Andrew answered all of our questions, no matter how small, and he also went out of his way to review small features about the Kia Rio that he thought that we might be interest in. The entire process from start to finish went very smoothly. The service center looked great and they offered a lot of extras! Our financial person was excellent, too. (I wish his name was listed.) Great buying experience with NO pressure!! I initially met with Justin Erickson and test drove a used 2009 Jaguar XF Premium Luxury vehicle and he was very professional throughout the entire pr I initially met with Justin Erickson and test drove a used 2009 Jaguar XF Premium Luxury vehicle and he was very professional throughout the entire process of me test driving the vehicle with no pressure at all to purchase it. I then arranged to return last Saturday with my wife, who I was buying the vehicle for, to test drive it. Justin was tied up with another customer when we arrived but Chris Jensen was asked to help us by Art, the manager. Chris then took over from there and he was just as nice and professional as Justin was. We also met with Art to go over our trade-in that he appraised. He was fair in the trade and after some negotiation, we arrived at a deal and we purchased the vehicle. There was a safety recall that had to be done before we could take possession of the car and the part had to be ordered with a 7-10 day arrival time which was very disappointing but Art and Chris worked some magic and was able to get the part installed on Monday!! Needless to say, they went the extra mile and I was able to bring the car home as originally promised. Our overall dealer experience was very pleasant at Crown Kia and I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a fair, honest and pressure-free car shopping experience! More
