KIA trade-in experience went well! We went in to the KIA dealership to meet with a salesman Justin, who had called us to come in to discuss a possible auto trade. He was with another c We went in to the KIA dealership to meet with a salesman Justin, who had called us to come in to discuss a possible auto trade. He was with another customer, and did not have the opportinity to meet with us upon our arrival. Instead, a very helpful gentleman by the name of Adrian was there to assist us in his place so we were not made to wait. Adrian was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgable. He did all that he could to cater to our needs. We met a couple of individuals during the process ad well (can't remember all the names). All of the KIA staff were helpful and accommodating to our needs. They did all that they could to help us make a fair trade and leave fully satisfied with our new purchase. We had a very good experience with all whom we encountered, and we love our new Sportage!! More

Thanks Adrian Adrian found me wandering around the car lot as I was waiting for my car to be serviced. I had no intention of getting a new car, but was starting to Adrian found me wandering around the car lot as I was waiting for my car to be serviced. I had no intention of getting a new car, but was starting to have trouble getting in and out of my sporty convertible and was thinking ahead. He showed me a couple of new models and we test drove a bare bones Kia Rio that was the size I would want with the non-techie features I would prefer in my next car. We ran some numbers and the only thing that stopped me was not wanting a car payment. Adrian did some quick talking and got me an offer of top dollar for my 2012 Eclipse and I thought, "With a couple thousand from savings, I could be in a new car!" Then he introduced me to the business manager who showed me how I could leave my savings alone and lease the vehicle for under $75 per month. Now THAT I could handle. So I drove home in my 2016 Kia Rio and just love it. So glad Adrian struck up a friendly, soft-sell conversation with me and will go back to him when my 3 year lease is up (I'll be turning 70) and get into my next brand new lease. You'd better be there, Adrian!! Thanks for a pleasant buying experience. Love my new car! More
