Salesmen are liars. You would think scams wouldn't happen at Lexus Dealership but this place is no better than some shady used car lot on the corner. Don't let the nice lobby fool you. I flew five and a half hours on a plane, with check in hand, to pick up a clean, California non-smoker car that they advertised and verified was "smoke free". Only to find a complete cover up. Chemical smell and 10 (yes 10) air fresheners under the seats covering up the smoke. You can't put air fresheners in a car and then call it a non-smoker car. This dishonest dealership will do and say anything to sell you. They flat out tried to cover it up. I caught them in their scam and they take no responsibility for their actions. I got on a plane home with my bank check. Long, expensive day all because of the lies of a car salesmen. If they lie about this, what else are they covering up? This business knows nothing about honesty and integrity, the sales team will do and say anything to close a deal. More
