Outstanding Service!!! I took my 1997 ES300 in to get another set of keys. I am the original owner and I purchased the car from Crown Lexus after the 3-yr lease was up. It has been a wonderful car, which is probably why I still have it after all these years. I dealt primarily with Alex Santana (Service Dept). He patiently explained what my options were, made helpful suggestions, kept me informed of their progress, and otherwise made me feel that I was the most important customer he had that day. (I am sure that isn't the case). As I wandered around the dealership, waiting for the work to be done on my car, many employees asked me if I had been helped. I thanked them for asking and said that my car was being worked on. It is great that employees are caring enough to make sure that customers are not being neglected and being pro-active enough to ask. The Pursuit of Excellence is alive and well at Crown Lexus!!!
