Crown Lexus

Have been going to this dealer for 6 years now. Hard to establish a relationship with one service advisor since it seems they change every couple of months or so. They always recommend other services on a need basis(doesn't surprise me) but there is no high pressure stuff like "Better get it done now" Overall I give them an "A" More

My family just purchased the 2010 LS600HL on Monday and we couldn't be happier with our experience. Johnny was one of the kindest salesman we've ever worked with (we have 5 other Lexus' so that's saying A we couldn't be happier with our experience. This was my first visit for service to Crown Lexus. I will return. My service consultant was Tom Ryan. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. I drove from Whittier for service at Crown Lexus and it was worth it. I have dealt with Tom Ryan at a different dealership and I followed him to Ontario. I had been told I needed brakes asap when I had the oil changed at another agency. Here I was told that they were still OK and could wait until the next oil change or longer. Along with the friendly people, nice facility and good coffee, my dirty car came home clean.. Thanks and I will make the drive again. More

Tom Ryan was outstanding as usual and the reason I went there for dependable honest service. Crispy Creme donuts, Cappuccino, snacks and drinks welcomed. Tom is a consummate professional in his position @ Crown Lexus....After having spent 25 years at Longo Toyota, of which I had been his customer with my 07 Prius for 5 years, and before that with my other To Lexus....After having spent 25 years at Longo Toyota, of which I had been his customer with my 07 Prius for 5 years, and before that with my other Toyota vehicles, I was very sad to see him leave Longo, but very happy he ended up at Crown Lexus, which is much closer to where I live....He invited me to bring my Prius over to Crown for service....The service experience was much more personal and less rushed than at Longo Toyota...After the service, the car was treated to a hand wash and tire dressing, and looked great...Am definitely recommending my Toyota and Lexus friends to take their vehicles to Crown Lexus for a fantastic service experience......
