When I dropped the car off at Crown first thing Monday morning I met with Todd Johnson who was able to address my issue and get my car fixed and back to me the same day. Todd is always very open and up front about what the repairs will entail. Todd is also willing to spend the necessary time with me to answer all my questions and make sure that I am completely satisfied before returning the vehicle to me. More
