Why other car companies strive to be like Mercedes This is my first Mercedes Benz and it almost didn't happen. I was close to going another direction but then I met Stephen Rivard, He is the epitome of This is my first Mercedes Benz and it almost didn't happen. I was close to going another direction but then I met Stephen Rivard, He is the epitome of what Mercedes has come to be none as "the best". His insight and knowledge of the vehicle was superlative. I was sold after spending 20 minutes listening to him speak of Mercedes, As someone who has been in the people business for 35 years"hospitality" He is as good as it gets and I am sure this will not be my last Mercedes. Extremely satisfied with Melisa Greenberg's service Melisa Greenberg called us on Monday about a Mercedes that she thought my husband and I may be interested in checking out. We drove an hour and a half to Crown Mercedes of Dublin directly after her call and fell in love with the car! This is the second car we have purchased from Melisa. We followed her from Germain Mercedes at Easton. Her service is outstanding and we will always buy from Melisa. She is honest, transparent, and fully dedicated to her clients. Melisa's follow through is impeccable. She spent her entire day with us on Monday and even catered to our seven and 10-year-old children to ensure they had a good experience as well. She was very knowledgeable about all of the features of the car and gave us a full tutorial to help us get acquainted with it. We are excited about our new car and we absolutely love working with Melisa!! More

ML and C300 My wife and I just bought two new cars from Crown Eurocars of Dublin -- an ML350 and a C300 -- and worked with Konstantin Chumak. Mike Lyons was the service rep and he did a terrific job - I Just had a very quick, easy & satisfactory experience with Crown Mercedes in Dublin, OH. Mike Lyons was the service rep and he did a terrific job - I had an oddball electronic mishap & turned out the battery needed changed, but everything from the call to Mercedes toll free road service, to the look see to re setting the computer & the great car wash they provide as a courtesy was such a pleasure!
