I have worked with Ken Stuart several times now for new cars & my husband also drives a Mercedes & Ken has been his sales agent as well. He is very knowledgeable on their cars & will find out all answers for you & gets back with you quickly to service you. Ken is simply a good guy & a pleasure to work with. This is my 6th Mercedes from Crown & last night I leased the car Ken picked out for me without even driving it ...that's what you call a great trust factor! While we were contemplating the purchase of a particular vehicle, Grady became aware that anot throughout the purchase process of a CPO C300 4Matic. While we were contemplating the purchase of a particular vehicle, Grady became aware that another vehicle of the same model with significantly lower mileage had become available and immediately informed us of its availability. Grady also accommodated our requests to have new MB medallions placed on the hood and wheels (due to minor deterioration of the existing medallions) and to have repaired a minor flaw on the vehcile's interior door handle. Grady was appropriately attentive throughout the process--he was not overbearing nor did he apply pressure to accomplish a sale. All in all a pleasant car buying experience. More

I was extremely satisfied with my salesperson, Stephen Revard, when researching and purchasing my new Mercedes. True Performance took care of the repairs to Mercedes standards and Crown's mechanic Ron did a bit of tweaking to several small issues that I am sure must have made him crazy. Two other times this year Ron chased down problems with my satellite radio with Todd, my service manager and Seth stepping in due to the complexity of intermittent problem. The other issue was as much of a problem as the first. Dan, Seth, Todd and Ron are concerned and attentive professional's who's advice is taken with trust. Glenn Gilbert and my wife and I have been working together for some years, sadly he is in the process of retirement (not so sad for Glenn) and he has become a friend and we will miss him. Steven Revard and I have become friends over the years and has given me positive direction in the past and will begin to work together for the future. Tom, John, Craig, Brittney (who calls after my services for my opinion on the work) and many others are people doing outstanding work with humor and attentiveness. As my skills in the automotive world are limited to the ignition, oil stick and washer fluid, not knowing thing in this world can be a serious problem.
