From the time we arrived at Crown Mercedes to the time we left we were treated like royalty. The only thing that was missing was the red carpet. We had a short conversation over the phone with Tom about what we were looking for. Based on that, Tom lined up a car that was just right for us. It was ready and waiting for us when we arrived. Everyone that we interacted with knew our names. The very best part was that we were given a very good and fair price for the car we wanted up front. We really appreciated that because we just hate the "bartering game" that generally has to go on between the seller and buyer. So....to sum up....we were treated like family, provided just the perfect car and given the right price. It didn't take us long to figure out that this was the car to buy and the place to buy it from. THANKS Crown! We look forward to being loyal customers. More
Having recently visited the Dublin MAG BMW dealer to test drive a BMW X5 my wife and I were thoroughly disappointed with the BMW sales manager's demeanor towards us. He made us feel unworthy and looked down upon us based on our dress ( jeans and t-shirts) and the fact that we were interested in trading in a couple of older vehicles (one being a BMW mind you). Completely taken aback we ventured to the Crown Eurocars Mercedes Benz dealership to test drive a MB ML350. With our expectations of a positive experience being somewhat dampened we were pleasantly surprised by the courtesy and professionalism that the salesman, Doug Horner presented upon our arrival. Doug was enthusiastic, knowledgeable and assisted us with all of the questions that we had regarding the vehicle that we were interested in as well as our trade-ins. In fact going as far as pointing out a better optioned vehicle with less miles for the same price as the vehicle that we had expressed interest in. Doug's positive approach and helpfulness certainly turned what originally started out as a poor experience into an enjoyable and exciting experience! I went to Crown Eurocars of Dublin not expecting to buy anything but more to look around. CJ sexton found me an amazing car and did all he could to make sure I left that day with it. He also talked to me when it was all over and allowed me to drive it about 30 minutes away so my parents could help decide on whether I should get the car or not. Both of these guys were amazing to work with and I do not plan on going to another dealership after this! More

I sought a very specific, hard-to-come-by Mercedes that would serve a very specific purpose, and Andrew Ruck at Crown seemed to do everything in his power to locate the ideal automobile. My car shopping e would serve a very specific purpose, and Andrew Ruck at Crown seemed to do everything in his power to locate the ideal automobile. My car shopping experience lasted for months - not because of slowness or poor service by Crown, but because I had very particular requests that could not easily be fulfilled. Andrew and the rest of the folks at Crown could have (and probably should have!) blown me off, but they didn't. Instead, they put in an exceptional effort that lasted until the day I could drive a car off the lot that met every one of my requirements. From the outset, I had a good feeling about dealing with Crown. It was most assuredly confirmed several times over. Edit: I should add Andrew has reached out to address any post-sale issues that have come up. That's not something one sees often. More
It has been a little over a year since I purchased my used Mercedes from Mike but my negative experience with him really needs to be expressed as it is unprofessional. I held back this long because I thought he may change and that it was not worth my time. During the sales experience he was very kind. However after the sale in a few weeks, Mike had never once followup or say hello to me when I visit the dealership. We had a small misunderstanding regarding what problems needed addresses prior to the sale and I voiced my concerns. Currently I frequent the dealership often for washes and keep up to date on new models and he would walk right past me and treat me like a stranger. I do realize at times he may be with a customer but there were times he saw me and just proceeded as if I was not there. In fact, all the other sales rep that I don't even know, says hi and make small conversations such as Constantine. Sadly, Mike also knows my wife and 8 yr old daughter from the used car sale we purchased from him last year.and they get the same kind of treatment from him. Despite the negativity, I am a returning customer of Crown MB for both service and washes for my ML350 and C320. I plan on buying the new CLA later this year at Crown but will be working with Stephen this time around. Please note that this review does not reflect how I feel about the dealership and other staff members. I just wanted to express Mike Antauer's lack of professionalism that can taint the Mercedes buying experience as it did for me. But he is only one person out of your entire staff.
