Having recently visited the Dublin MAG BMW dealer to test drive a BMW X5 my wife and I were thoroughly disappointed with the BMW sales manager's demeanor towards us. He made us feel unworthy and looked down upon us based on our dress ( jeans and t-shirts) and the fact that we were interested in trading in a couple of older vehicles (one being a BMW mind you). Completely taken aback we ventured to the Crown Eurocars Mercedes Benz dealership to test drive a MB ML350. With our expectations of a positive experience being somewhat dampened we were pleasantly surprised by the courtesy and professionalism that the salesman, Doug Horner presented upon our arrival. Doug was enthusiastic, knowledgeable and assisted us with all of the questions that we had regarding the vehicle that we were interested in as well as our trade-ins. In fact going as far as pointing out a better optioned vehicle with less miles for the same price as the vehicle that we had expressed interest in. Doug's positive approach and helpfulness certainly turned what originally started out as a poor experience into an enjoyable and exciting experience!
