The experience exceeded my expectations with regard to a new car purchase. The test drive was awesome and gave me a good feel for the investment I was about to make. The thorough explanation of the features of the car was very helpful since they can be quite complicated these days. The finance director was straight to the point and didn't pressure me on making any additional sales I didn't want and that pleased me more than anything. Most often I get to this point and I feel like I'm in a pressure cooker to keep adding on item after item and I hate it. That was not the case here and it pleased me. My overall ranking of my experience with all of the employees involved was exemplary and I would recommend this dealership to my friends and relatives. More
