I purchased my used c class almost one month ago from Andrew. The price was great and the service was amazing. I have to admit that the car was somewhat of an impulse buy (after the third visit) but Andrew did make me feel comfortable with the purchase of my first luxury car. After a month of driving the car is still in great and no surprises have come up. I even took the car on a long road trip. I plan on recommending Crown to everyone I know! More

When enduring an unfortunate "hit-and-run" incident while traveling last week, Dave was on my top list to contact. After assessing the damage, he gave me great recommendations and even set me up with a spare C300 while my car was taken to the certified Mercedes repair shop. I can't thank him enough as I'm currently almost 9 months pregnant and his generous efforts have definitely made this incident easier to digest and has allowed me to continue my life as usual. My CLS 550 command center was on the fritz. Problem is, I was going to be traveling then and requested an accommodation for an earlier appointment because of that. Both Justin and Mike worked on my request and made it happen. I took the car in that day and it was fixed by the next, and they fixed me up with a loaner too. I have found Crown and their employees to always strive to do their best for the customer.
