Great Customer service I’ve been leasing Mercedes vehicles for about the last 10 years. My most recent lease still had 10 months left on it, but I was close to my mileage li I’ve been leasing Mercedes vehicles for about the last 10 years. My most recent lease still had 10 months left on it, but I was close to my mileage limit. I stopped in Crowne and met with Jeremy Ellis. He already had a payment sheet printed out for me for a 2019 E300 that was in the showroom that he thought I’d like. After seeing the car and all it’s features, I was hooked! It’s a beautiful car. Jeremy and CJ Sexton were able to get me in the car in the payment range I was looking. I’ve had nothing but great experiences here, both leasing and service. I was expecting to come back the next day to get the car, but they were able to get everything completed while I was there. More

Incredible Service - Thanks Andrew! Andrew Bine really took care of us, and helped my husband pull off the ultimate surprise! He was very patient with all my questions, and even came ou Andrew Bine really took care of us, and helped my husband pull off the ultimate surprise! He was very patient with all my questions, and even came out to our home to help explain all the features. We had a lot of factors to consider in vehicle selection, and he was a careful listener who helped guide us to the perfect car. He provided the pros, the cons, even the bow for the surprise. We learned Andrew was covering for an employee who was originally supposed to meet with us but had to leave unexpectedly, but I never would have known it. We were treated like a priority, and not like something he'd had to accommodate. Bill was also really extremely helpful in the transactional process. It was as painless as paperwork can be, and he gave a great overview of additional service options and his own experiences with the offerings. Before I knew it, we were off to dinner at the speed of light in our new car, when I'd assumed we would spend the evening trudging through the signing process. I highly recommend this dealership! More
