Great service experience with Joe Andolina and Crown Nissan. Came in for a simple oil change and tire rotation, and they were able to also fix this pesky loose heat shield causing a rattle. Also gave th Nissan. Came in for a simple oil change and tire rotation, and they were able to also fix this pesky loose heat shield causing a rattle. My Nissan Rogue had to be towed to Crown Nissan recently. Robert called me as soon as it was dropped off to see what was going on and assured me he'd call back as soon as it was fixed.
