I drive a 2005 Altima. I came in for my routine oil change to be surprised that my car had some servicing needs. Joe Falcon assessed my car and explained what I needed in great detail. Joey was very patient and professional in helping me understand what I needed done to have my car repaired. We took our car into to get the diagnostic tested and they gave us everything that was wrong. The only problem was we could not afford $price they wanted to fix everything because of our lack of work. We they gave us everything that was wrong. We took it to another place that could do the work for 1/3 of the price which is not always the best way to do it as we have learned the hard way. After the other place did the work Joey went our of his way to help us look over the car again (to make sure work was done (correctly)for 2 1/2 and half the price he did it before. I want to THANK Joey and Nissan service for going over and above what was expected and I highly recommend their service department and wish I would have just done the entire job there, but due to the economy we just could not afford it. I will always recommend going to your shop especially when your Tampa service tried to tell us we must have a 2001 motor in a 2002 car when in 2001 they did not make the 2.5's. I will definitely be returning to crown Nissan not only for vehicle services but also another Nissan thanks to the quality in service and professionalism displayed during my service appointment for my Niss for vehicle services but also another Nissan thanks to the quality in service and professionalism displayed during my service appointment for my Nissan armada. The service department, under the apparent direction of Mr. Falcon left me feeling satisfied that a comprehensive review of my vehicle was performed and all deficiencies noted were taken care of. Working with Tony & all the other associates at Crown Nissan this past summer was my SECOND experience at this fine dealership! I came in originally 4 years ago to start a lease on a Nissan Sentra and a Nissan this past summer was my SECOND experience at this fine dealership! I came in originally 4 years ago to start a lease on a Nissan Sentra and after my 2 year agreement was up, went BACK to see Tony and his team for my second lease. I ended up wavering back and forth between the Rogue and the Sentra identical to wait I had just leased, but Tony helped me weigh my options and really took the time to make sure I was confident and happy about my decision. My family and I spent at LEAST 3 hours in the dealership BEFORE finally making a decision and it was one of the most fun and most easy going experiences Ive ever had at a dealership. They worked with my student budget and really got the payments low enough for me to feel comfortable making a bigger lease-the Nissan Rogue. OVerall QUALITY service and such nice people, I actually am looking forward to returning for my next lease (Im not sure they are though! jk) HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICES!
