It is now 8 months since I bought my car from Crown Volvo. The car buying experience was the best I have ever had (did what they said, low pressure, made it easy, followed up, sold me the car for the p Volvo. The car buying experience was the best I have ever had (did what they said, low pressure, made it easy, followed up, sold me the car for the price they told me, which was a very good price) and I gave that 5 stars on Google at the time because there are no more stars than that to give. Here I am this much later and I had a question so I sent it to Chris Lowry, who sold me my car in the first place. Chris followed up the same day with a response and is going to research my question and get back to me. That is real customer service. This place is like no car dealer I have ever been to. I am so glad I bought from here. More
