Michael Grace was great! I had a somewhat complicated situation and he was so helpful throughout. Leanne Payne in finance was also incredible. Communication was great. Brian McDaniel was great. He contacted me prior to my lease expiration and helped to work out the details of my 3rd lease from Crown Volvo. So as a young sales person I give him high marks for his persis lease expiration and helped to work out the details of my 3rd lease from Crown Volvo. So as a young sales person I give him high marks for his persistence and his attention to customer service. My "only" gripe with Crown on this lease was that neither the manager or general manager came out to shake hands after the deal was completed which I found very unusual. I never met either one. Strange. More
