He has a "no pressure" approach. After doing a lot of research, I was looking at two cars at two different Volvo dealers. Michael was very helpful without making me feel bad about my potential purchase at a different dealer. I never felt pressured to make a quick decision. I am extremely happy about my new purchase and cannot imagine a better car-buying experience. Michael Grace at Crown Volvo should be your number one pick for a Volvo salesperson.
