I brought my Jeep in due to warning lights on the dashboard and was charged $198 for diagnostics. The following day, I was told additional diagnostics would be required—for another $198. Despite spending over $300, nothing was actually fixed and the warning lights are still on. All they ended up doing was an oil change, which should have cost $54.99, yet I was charged $330. To make matters worse, the service manager was a bit rude throughout the process. The only information I received was what I could have learned from a basic oil change. What’s especially frustrating is that this is the same issue I had before my warranty expired—an issue they didn’t seem willing to identify until the warranty had ended. Now, they’re suggesting it might be the transfer case, which was previously repaired at this same dealership. If that’s the case, it clearly wasn’t done properly the first time. My family has purchased several vehicles from this dealership—including my parents and myself—but this experience makes me feel like I’m being nickel-and-dimed. Good dealership, Had a very extensive repair done on our car and so far all is OK. Anna the service rep was good to work with and helped us a lot, The general manager Jimmy was excellent helping us with o car and so far all is OK. After watching my truck sit for 30 mins I finally asked when it's going to be ready. Oh here's rge paperwork.
