After I picked the car, I needed to return it to get leather seats. I had to call 5-6 times just to get it scheduled and then when I came, had to drive extra miles to get the replacement car. Nobody tol leather seats. I had to call 5-6 times just to get it scheduled and then when I came, had to drive extra miles to get the replacement car. Nobody told me that I'm in for a two hour ordeal and a drive. This is not right More

I was told on the phone when I made the service appointment that it will be free. Then Laura said that the free service expired already. Then when i asked about the one pedal driving feature if it' appointment that it will be free. Then Laura said that the free service expired already. Then when i asked about the one pedal driving feature if it's working properly or isn't working and needs repaired she didn't know anything about how it works and told me that I had to leave my car 5 days before they could diagnose it. I asked her if I could make an appointment in 5 days and bring it back since I use my car every day to commute to work she said no I had to leave it. I asked if they have a car wash service. No. I asked if they had a ride to work she said it starts at 10:00 and I was there at 8:15. I understand that you have rules of how you do business but she had a bad attitude and made me feel ridiculous for questioning all of the above. More
Main point to improve service experience: instead of just passively waiting 'til cars in line for service, have someone walk down the line to find out what each car needs. This should speed up time it takes passively waiting 'til cars in line for service, have someone walk down the line to find out what each car needs. This should speed up time it takes for service. In my case, I waited at least 20 to 25 minutes when I was there for charge cord recall for EUVs. When service person finally got to me, I learned ALL they needed was my charge cord to see its Serial number & then they'd know if I had a defective cord. I did & don't know when you'll have a good charge cord to switch it out for my recalled one. In fact, why didn't GM contact me to get a picture of my charge cord Serial No. I could email to GM and they'd update me with when it's expected & I could bring mine to you to switch it for a safe charge cord!
