EXCELLENT SERVICE DEPARTMENT Martin Munoz from the Service Department is great! He is always professional and he pays attention to every detail. He explains well and patiently answered my questions. He kept me posted on my repairs. When I picked up my car he went through everything with me. In addition, I met Jairo when he brought my car around and he left my car looking super clean. Even though my car is several years old, Jairo made it look nearly brand new! Explained all the details and fun gadgets our new car had, was not pushy AT ALL (which I appreciated immensely because the second car sales people keep trying to CONVINCE me to take a car, I personally loose complete interest in the car AND dealing with the person). I would recommend anyone going to purchase a car, not only to head over to Culver City Mazda, but to personally asked to be helped by Saul. Buying a car is a big deal for most and can be quite stressful, but with the right help, it can actually be an enjoyable experience. Finance wise... Max was also zero BS, explained EVERYTHING we were signing, and was very friendly. I will definitely be buying my next car here. More

Culver City Volvo takes care of their customers & the cars Rep was very efficient on the phone while scheduling. Explained what the service visit was for. When I ckd in the person was courteous and prompt. My Rep was very efficient on the phone while scheduling. Explained what the service visit was for. When I ckd in the person was courteous and prompt. My service rep explained how long it would take & that CCV would provide me with coffee, doughnuts AND way to get home. They also arranged a Lyft for me to return to pick up my car. One tiny glitch was that the car wasn't washed but it gave me the opportunity to go to the Goodwill Bookstore across the street for 15 minutes (where I picked up a book for 25 cents!) and returned to a bright shiny clean car. A request: please turn cars off when the customer is not standing right there. Even one minute of idling causes air pollution. And I was gone for I'm not sure how long while the car idled in the driveway. Thanks for a great experience!! More
