Excellent Customer Service! I recently moved to the area and was looking for a new dealership to take my Volvo to for maintenance. I had heard great things about Culver CIty Volvo and it certainly lived up to the reviews. I had originally set up an appointment but when I showed up it wasn't in their records - but since I brought my car in at 8 am they were able to fit me in no problem. Damian helped me with my car and he was excellent! 11/10. It was also awesome how they provided a shuttle service (if you live within 8 miles) so that I didn't have to call an uber/lyft to get back home. Overall, It was quick, easy, and done right.
