Ask to check the light for my tire pressure. They did not. Also asked to check my rattling noise(think it is heat shield) they did not. I didn’t have time to go back and wait, that is why I make an appointment. I feel like they should have checked to see if it was a sensor going bad by recalibrating. The rattling noise is easy to hear but the mechanic wrote he didn’t hear anything. Confusing to me when I had the rep at the desk come out, he could hear it. So, I guess the two issues I had ask to check was not checked at all. A little aggravating. More
