My daughter went to get her car fixed, the first time just to order parts. They scheduled her to come back and the parts were not ready this happened 4 times. The workers were nice but they tried to char just to order parts. They scheduled her to come back and the parts were not ready this happened 4 times. Cumberland Toyota Service Department saved my 2019 Highlander Hybrid’s life twice. Rebuilt the engine and did an amazing job. When if started having problems about 5,000 miles later they found the pro Highlander Hybrid’s life twice. Rebuilt the engine and did an amazing job. When if started having problems about 5,000 miles later they found the problem was the O rings in the fuel injectors needed replacing. I am amazed they figured that out. I know the computer didn’t give them an alert for that. They weren’t giving up and discouraged me from trading it. I love my car again. More
