We had an appointment for oil change service, check all, alignment and rotate tires! We pulled in… no one greeted us.person sitting inside. After checking in and waiting, girl came to tell us the tires did not need rotated but the car did need an alignment which was in another building, would take 2 hrs but wasn’t available then. They were booked! Did not explain why we were being “ bumped” since we were supposed to have an appt! No loaner car while I was pushed back 2 hrs! I live 1 hour from this dealership, which is the closest to my home! The entire appt was a disappointment…. More

But on the flip side I recently relocated here from a larger city where I never waited more then 45 minutes for complete Toyot Everyone was friendly.
