Bad Service & Customer Service Made appointment on-line on 4-2, showed up 10 min early on 4-15. Ignored at check-in for a few minutes. Then told it would be a couple of hours - yes, Made appointment on-line on 4-2, showed up 10 min early on 4-15. Ignored at check-in for a few minutes. Then told it would be a couple of hours - yes, in spite if my appointment. Req service normally takes 45 min. Was not consulted prior to check-out, but needed airfilters replaced. Had requested to talk with service mgr at check-in. Only saw him upon addl request at check-out. He claimex he understood - but did not appear like it to me. Total disappointment - will not recommend again till personal comparison with another dealership. More

Regular vehicle service I was bringing my vehicle in for a routine service with a few extras. I dropped my vehicle off at 4pm and they said they would call me. The department I was bringing my vehicle in for a routine service with a few extras. I dropped my vehicle off at 4pm and they said they would call me. The department kept my car overnight without notifying me and did not answer the phone that night (5 calls) or the next day (12 phone calls). This left me with out a vehicle for 21 hours when it was expected to be a few hours. When at the dealership the staff is helpful, but when not present the lack of communication is appalling. More
