John was super friendly and easy to talk you, he was genuinely kind and honest!! Terrible Service Department I have had my Scion FRS in this service department 4 times now. Once with an appointment for an oil change that took 3 hours. So they didn't charge me I have had my Scion FRS in this service department 4 times now. Once with an appointment for an oil change that took 3 hours. So they didn't charge me for 3 hours of my time sitting and waiting on them. Once for another oil change, I asked about the tires, the technician said they were fine, 500 miles later, wires were fully exposed on all 4 tires on the inside. This last time was for a recall. I called and they said they'd call as soon as my parts were in and that it could be 7-10 days. 3 weeks later ifollowed up. I made an appointment to be turned away by the service department when I arrived (even after I received a text and an email to verify my appointment. Currently the service manager can tell me I shouldn't have been turned away, yet he still can't get the car in for another week. So an appointment was made that couldn't be followed through with. I'll never buy another Toyota simply because of this service department and their lack of attention to detail and customer service. More
