In 2011, we purchased a Highlander from Cumberland, dealing with Roberta Love, and it was a good experience at that time. Therefore, when we decided to purchase a new one, 5 years later, we immediately thought of Roberta and contacted her. She is a wonderful person to deal with because of her personality, efficiency, and knowledge. Our experience this time was just as good as before and we are very pleased. We also have had our cars serviced at Cumberland for 6 years, since moving to TN and have been extremely pleased with the service received. Josh Lawson helped with the purchase of our 2015 Camry in April last year and was the first person I thought of to call to see about the purchase of a truck for my husband. Both purchases were made easily and priced extremely fairly. Although he didn't have the specific truck on their lot we were looking for, he found one at another dealer and arranged to have it delivered to them. As we are over 2 hours away from Cookeville, it was well worth our time to make the drive. Josh was very detailed in making the purchase happen and explaining all the bells and whistles on our new truck. More
