Simple, easy, no high-pressure sale. We love our "new" car! We saw a 2013 Toyota Corolla on Cumberland Toyota's website, and drove from Crossville to come look at it. We were greeted immediately by Matt Thomsen, who answered all of questions and showed us several other options that we asked about. We came back to the Corolla, as it was in our price range (GREAT FINANCING BTW), and it was a certified vehicle with an awesome warranty. Even though the car is officially used, it really is just like a new car, and we expect many years from it. Matt spent most of his morning with us, leading us through paperwork and literally walking us from department to department until we were able to drive off with our new car. When we noticed a chip in the windshield before we left, Matt made sure to have that taken care of for us, too. We never felt pressured to buy, but we are very glad that we did! The service department always finds a way to say yes. Cumberland Toyota has been my car company since 2005 when I bought my Camry. That is such a good car that I gave it to my son in Minnesota. Fred Riddle is my current salesman although he has really been more of a guide. He knows cars and can explain features. Fred is a gentleman, no pressure, just help. Eric Grooms got just the car I wanted out of St. Louis. Josh Lawson and Adam Eldridge got paperwork done so sweetly. Brandon Hall talked with me when I was choosing and he came by to thank me when I got my car (he was there 11 years ago too). Brandon is a gracious man. In the time between Camry and beautiful new RAV4, the service department has kept me rolling and happy. Chad Jones, Gary Looper, and Brent Byers are an awesome team.
