Wish they had someone working the service center desk when vehicles arrive. There was no one there when I arrived and no sign telling me to go inside and check in. There is a problem, they recognize it as a problem but since it didn’t show up in the diagnosis (no red lights) they said they couldn’t do anything. The wouldn’t even be my advocate to corporate.
