The staff is always polite and professional. I dropped my car off for an 11a appointment at 10:30a. I was told they were about an hour behind. I left with my husband and called at 1pm to be told I dropped my car off for an 11a appointment at 10:30a. I was told they were about an hour behind. I left with my husband and called at 1pm to be told it would be 2pm before my car was done. I got there and was told I needed front brakes soon. Did they hold my car for that? Could they not have called? I had to sit and wait another 1/2 hour. That was 3+ hours for an oil change and a tire rotation and balance. That is ridiculous and it will be some time before I come back if ever. More

The dealer told me the starter would be replaced on Monday, as long as the part was not on backorder. To my surprise, the dealer called me on Sunday to state my car was ready!
