The atmosphere is way too tense. They have no idea as how to great folks with a smile! It is confusing as who your service advisor is after you check in. My engine coolant was below low limit and my battery service was incomplete after 6.5 hours of waiting for a water pump and battery replacement! Although they did provide a loaner car. Once they give you your bill, they do not take the time to explain the bill! When you ask the advisor about what the service includes initially they say yes to it includes washing down and cleaning your batter compartment, but when you question them after the job is completed without cleaning they say they do not know what it includes! They need to hire competent folks and pay them better! I do not have a choice as I have always service my car at the dealership. This is the closest to where I leave, I already drive 35 miles to get to this one! There are a lot of folks who need a job and can do it better than what you have there! More
