I purchased a 2015 Audi Allroad used from Curran in late January 2020. Sales process was quick and easy, car was good deal, and fair value on my trade. Even though I was 2.5 hours away in a different st January 2020. Sales process was quick and easy, car was good deal, and fair value on my trade. Even though I was 2.5 hours away in a different state, Barbara the business manager made everything go smoothly and I happily picked up my car a week later. As sometimes happens in the world of used cars, a problem arose. I reached out to Curran and Sean Parauka the used car manager said they would stand behind the sale. After some back and forth about how to get the car down to them, they fit me in for an appointment 1 business day later. The problem was intermittent and weather-dependent and of course the weather didn't cooperate. Andy the service manager had already researched the issue and after a quick look at the car he and Sean rented me a substitute car and sent me on my way, committing to keep it till fixed. This was a huge relief, especially because of the long drive. No games, no blaming the weather, etc. Just good customer service. The diagnosis was confirmed and the car was fixed within the week. Upon a detailed inspection we noticed some paint imperfections on the hood of the vehicle that should not be on a new vehicle. This issue was brought up to the dealerships GM Jim Curran. We were assured that the issue would be taken care of and fully meet our expectations. In our opinion Jim and his team went above and beyond in rectifying our issue, stopping short of nothing but 100% satisfaction. Curran VW not only makes sure your buying experience is top notch, but they are completely committed to top notch after sales service.
