I been there for a recall issue. Overcharged me for diagnostic what I never ordered. Promised will call when car ready, never informed and it was a hassle to get my car back after 2 days. Great job, they changed my double mass flywheel and the car is running like new. In the next 50K miles or more (that would be 3 - 4 years) I will be back for a DSG clutch change ... perhaps. car is running like new. When I buy a Volkswagen it's from Curran or I don't buy one!!! The passing of Jim Curran was so sad for everyone...and I will greatly miss him....so the next time I buy a VW I will do in the spirit he bro one!!! I was told after service was complete that they do not accept AMEX, I offered to pay using a another CC right away and was told to call back to speak with the manager. I left the manager a voicemail and d accept AMEX, I offered to pay using a another CC right away and was told to call back to speak with the manager. I left the manager a voicemail and did not hear back. I called again a few days later and was told it was to late to refund the CC and accept a check. But it was the manger who never called me which is why it was all of a sudden too late? More
