Friendly Staff, slow process I showed up right after opening on a Friday morning expecting to meet with Mike in Internet sales. Mike and I had communicated through several emails I showed up right after opening on a Friday morning expecting to meet with Mike in Internet sales. Mike and I had communicated through several emails regarding the vehicle I was looking for, and the deal I expected. Mike was not in as he indicated he would be and apparently had not discussed our communications with anyone in sales management because I had to start the process all over with Jim. The first offer Jim came back with was nowhere near to what I had discussed with Mike. I almost walked away at this point, but I didn't so the hard part started. After about 30 minutes of haggling, I accepted a deal, and Jim sent the vehicle to be cleaned. I told Jim at that time that I had to be gone by NOON (approximately 90 minutes). What I didn't know was that the "deal" really had not been processed through finance. At the 90 minute mark, the vehicle wasn't cleaned up and ready, the papers weren't signed, and I threatened to leave with my car and no deal. Finally, I walked out of the showroom after two hours of waiting (3 hours overall). I had the truck I wanted, but the process had left me behind schedule and very frustrated. I've purchased cars in Kentucky, Ohio, Indiana, and Michigan in person; even over the internet at a dealer in Maryland. Currie has nice people, but the buying process was waaaaay too lengthy. Have plenty of time if you expect to take your car home in one trip. More

I was introduced to Jack Vogel, where I related the very specific requirements of the vehicle I was interested in. The next day returned my call relating that they located a truck. I went to he dealer, all my expectations were met. I was also introduced to manger Jeff O'Brian manager, where we worked out a few small details, regarding my purchase. the price was fair and no hassle. Service and returned phone calls have been prompt. I would recommend this dearer ship to people in the future. More
