I spoke with Brian on the phone and he was very knowledgeable about the F150 and its towing capacity & found the perfect truck for my needs. So I made the hour plus drive from the Chicago suburbs. When I got there I met the Manager Leo and he was very courteous and kind with my kids, They had the truck cleaned and parked right out front for me. The deal was too good to pass up so we took it home that night. Also a shout out to the finance manager, Frank he was also great to deal with fast and very nice.
