They have quite a nice environment at this particular dealership, they have a waiting area that's comfortable and offers beverages. I've visited others and did not feel the same as I did here. As a female solely making a car purchase can be intimidating and frustrating but I did it and it was a good experience. After receiving my 2010 RDX, Fred made sure to do a few follow up calls to make sure the car was running well and if I felt comfortable with it. Not many dealership take the time to check on their customers after the transaction, so I appreciated that. This is my third Acura that I buy from Curry Acura and must said every time it just gets better. The manager, Mr. Yuri Abramov also did an outstanding job taking it a step further with an even lower APR on the finance. I personally would say that most dealers out there should come to learn a thing or two about customer service. I was shopping around for other makes for almost a week, couldn't come close to what I wanted then went to Curry and within 24 hours was able to get an outstanding deal and the color I wanted. Just like if I was talking to a Genie. In a summary I would say that Acura makes excellent cars and Curry Acura provides the excellent and exceptionally superior customer service. After 3 Acura's from Curry, I feel like part of the Curry family now :-) No question that I strongly recommend and will also coming back for my next car. More
